Co-Founder & Managing Director
Matt is a co-founder of Purple Bunny Marketing, built alongside Regan and born from 16 years surviving the motor industry, where excuses don't exist, every lead counts, and the marketing either works or it doesn't. After working with some of Australia's leading car brands, Matt had seen enough "we'll circle back on results" agencies to know exactly what he didn't want to build. So he built the opposite. PBM's no-fluff approach has since been recognised with the 2024 GSCC Marquee Business Awards for Media and IT, which the team are pretty stoked about. Outside the agency, Matt is proud to serve his community as a member and board member of the Rotary Club of Ipswich City, and as Vice President of the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce, where he's committed to championing the businesses and people of Greater Springfield.

Co-Founder & Director
Regan co-founded PBM alongside Matt after years of working together in the car industry, where she earned a reputation as the person you wanted in your corner when a deal needed closing. She now splits her time between running Ace Driving School and keeping PBM's admin running like clockwork. If Matt's the engine, Regan's the one who built the chassis.

Social Media & Advertising Team Leader
Sam's been with PBM since the dining room table days, literally. He was there when PBM was two blokes and a laptop in a house before it was a real agency. After a stint in car sales that confirmed he was built for creative work, not cold calls, he found his groove running operations and designing the ad creatives that stop people mid-scroll.

Lead Videographer
Nick joined PBM in 2022 and immediately became the guy who never stops shooting. He films, he edits, he colour grades, he does the thing where he makes your business look ten times more professional than you thought possible. If there's a camera involved, Nick's already got it set up before you've finished asking.

SEO & Client Engagement Coordinator
Martin first walked into PBM as a 17-year-old high schooler looking for work experience. He worked for free for two weeks, disappeared for two years, then reached out again at exactly the right moment. Now he handles SEO, copywriting, website design, and email marketing. Proof that showing up twice is sometimes better than showing up once.
Digital Content & Advertising Coordinator
Adam handles the social media calendars for PBM's clients, making sure content goes up consistently and nothing falls through the cracks. He got his foot in the door the old-fashioned way: persistence. After pestering Matt for a job long enough that saying no became more effort than saying yes, he landed an interview, showed up eager, and never left.
Web Developer
John is the one who builds the things that the rest of the team promises clients. Custom functionalities, full website builds, technical fixes that nobody else wants to touch. He's a young father, which means he's already operating on minimal sleep, so tight deadlines don't faze him. If it's broken, John fixes it. If it doesn't exist yet, John builds it.
Social Media Guru
Shane keeps the behind-the-scenes running smoothly, supporting the team on admin tasks and working alongside the Social Media team to make sure every client's social media calendar stays full and on schedule. She's the quiet force that makes sure nothing gets missed while everyone else is busy being loud about results.
